Waselytics LLC provides a software platform for Cash-On-Delivery (COD) businesses to track analytics and automate WhatsApp notifications. We are not responsible for the actual delivery of goods or the products sold by our merchants.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.
You agree to use our WhatsApp automation features in compliance with WhatsApp Business Policy. Spamming or sending unsolicited messages may result in account termination.
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
